Discover Life In America - All Taxa Biodiversity Inventory in the GSMNP
Discover Life in America (DLIA) is the organization which is coordinating the All Taxa Biodiversity Inventory (ATBI) in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (GSMNP). So far thanks to the DLIA's ATBI work in the GSMNP, they have identified 7,101 new species previously not known to be in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and so far 910 species that are new to mankind!
