    The Winterfest Trolley Tour of Lights runs Monday-Friday only at 6:30 PM, 7:45 PM and 9:00 PM in November and December. In January the tours only run Mondays and Fridays. There must be at least 15 passengers for a tour to depart and reservations required for 10 or more people.

    25th Annual Wilderness Wildlife Week For more than 2 decades the most exciting and informative event taking place in the Great Smoky Mountains is the free week long Wilderness Wildlife Week in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. This celebration takes place each January and features free demonstrations, classes and performances by experts in their respective fields of nature, science, music, history, photography, world travel and more.

    There are also multiple expert guided hikes take place each day on the Great Smoky Mountains national park for all different experience and fitness levels. The toughest part about Wilderness Wildlife Week in the Great Smoky Mountains is what you are going to miss as many programs are take place at the same time.

    The Winterfest Trolley Tour of Lights runs Monday-Friday only at 6:30 PM, 7:45 PM and 9:00 PM in November and December. In January the tours only run Mondays and Fridays. There must be at least 15 passengers for a tour to depart and reservations required for 10 or more people.

    Dolly’s Homecoming Parade: The Annual Dolly Homecoming Parade happens each spring for more than 20 years in Pigeon Forge Tennessee with Dolly Parton being the grand marshal. The parade is filled with extravagant floats, marching bands, horses, show cars and trucks, local entertainers and fire engines, police cars and other public service vehicles. The parade route starts at traffic light #6 along the parkway in Pigeon Forge and continues North on the Parkway all the way to traffic light #3 with as many as 50,000 people lining the Dolly Homecoming Parade route. Dolly Parton is often seen at the Dollywood theme park before and or after the parade. Traffic will be extremely heavy in Pigeon Forge from 4 pm to 8 pm.
